Rainscreen Systems

Rainscreen Systems

EQUITONE is designed to be installed as a drained and ventilated facade system, also known as a ventilated rainscreen system. The system features a cavity behind the cladding panels that allows air to circulate, helping to reduce sound transmission and prevent mold and mildew.

Whether you're designing for a non-combustible high-rise or a cost-effective wood-frame structure, EQUITONE rainscreen systems offer flexible installation options—from visible to concealed fixings—engineered to meet the needs of both Type I–IV and Type V construction.

Type I-IV Construction

EQUITONE panels can be installed over metal subframing systems using either face-fixed or concealed methods—ideal for high-rise and commercial applications that require noncombustible compliance.

Type V Construction

Designed for residential and light commercial projects, EQUITONE panels can be face-fixed to wood substrates, with options that support both continuous insulation and non-CI assemblies.
